Wayne’s Coconut Macaroons

200 ml of sweetened condensed milk
2 1/2  to 3 cups coconut (sweetened & flaked)
2 egg white (whipped to meringue)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Should be stiff enough to pile up in mounds

Drop onto well greased cookie sheet

Bake at 325 for 23-25 min.

Makes 2 cookie sheets

Once cool dip in melted chocolate
